From bare land to bottle. Our Moutere Chardonnay is the ultimate goal of our Chardonnay focused project. Handpicked from our own vineyard where we have done everything from the beginning, starting with the search for the ideal piece of land to plant Chardonnay. Then planting, training, pruning and repeating this for 4 years until the first grapes were ready. The 2023 vintage is the inaugural vintage of our single vineyard Moutere Chardonnay. Only a small quantity exists.
