We love cider.  But not cider as many may know it.  By definition "Cider is the fruit wine made from the juice or must of apples (and pears)".  If you pop open a bottle of Abel Methode cider that's exactly what you will get.  There is literally nothing else in the bottle.

Our philosophy with Cider is the same as that for our Chardonnay.  It's about showcasing the fruit from this beautiful area famous worldwide for growing delicious apples.  So why else would we use anything other than tree ripened, hand picked Tasman grown apples and pears.
