What you taste in a bottle of ABEL is a result of our year-round hard work. We do it all ourselves, from pruning through to hand picking, pressing, ageing and bottling in our own winery.
We strive to showcase our beautiful fruit in its truest form and we use time as an ingredient to achieve balance which we believe gives deliciousness. Our Chardonnay and Methode Cider are crafted with a longer than usual time on lees and time in bottle before release, which is why you will find our current vintage is always a year or two behind the norm.
