Our latest vintage release! Same deliciously dry cider, bottle fermented and non-disgorged. It's super fresh and has all the hallmarks of our house style. Yummo!
Made once per year from a mix of heritage and cider apple varieties, plus a few pears. We use strictly hand-picked fruit and ferment to complete dryness (ZERO SUGAR). We then age our cider for a long time on lees to allow the acidity to soften and to achieve ultimate balance.
